* The above-mentioned apartment (at the listed price) is for one young person only (two young men are also allowed, for $180 per tenant per month). Additional utilities, including unlimited internet and pay TV, are included in the rent.
* In hotel-style apartment, you only need to bring your own clothes and bring extra linens as the apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities.
* Resident will feel at home and safe here, as the entire apartment is a four-room apartment. As the owner of this aparthotel, I live in the other half, separated by a partition. I guarantee your safety and assist you with all your needs.

* For your information: the apartment has a convenient bathroom and kitchen for shared use.

* Rent: in a hotel-style apartment, a separate suite (two rooms with a balcony), for one young person - summer period = $250 per month, and in winter (from November 1 to May 30 inclusive) the rent increases by thirty dollars. Most importantly, utilities and gas bills (electricity, hot water, air ventilator, unlimited high-speed internet, and pay TV) are fully included in the rent.
