The design for an individual residential house has been prepared at the address: Borjomi District, Bakuriani settlement, near Sputnik.
The foundation of the planned building is arranged with isolated and strip footings. The frame is constructed with reinforced concrete and then filled with 20 cm lightweight hollow concrete blocks and 13 cm insulation.
Natural stone and wood materials are used on the facade. The roof is constructed with a wooden frame and covered with profiled tin sheets.
All wooden details used in the project must be treated with a fire-resistant solution.
