Ready business for sale!!!
6 American standard billiard tables with their balls, chalks, and cues. A championship Russian billiard table for which a significant amount was paid, also with its balls, cues, and chalks. Two equipped PS5 VIP rooms with PS5s, games, sofas, tables, and joysticks. A cafe-bar that is stocked only with products for which there is demand; you can stock it with whatever you wish. Live cameras with all views. Two separate restrooms for men and women. The space also includes one storage room and two regular rooms which you can repurpose as you wish; I do not use them. The staff workstation is equipped with a gaming PC and a 180Hz gaming monitor. Many other things; I'm not taking anything, I'm leaving everything for the new owner. They can take over everything completely the very next day. Everything in the billiard hall functions and operates legally, with proper documentation, and I will transfer everything to you without any problems. A $15,000 ventilation system is installed, which constantly circulates a pleasant environment and does not require air conditioning in the summer, resulting in significant electricity savings. Heaters are installed in every corner individually. Everything you see in the videos and photos works perfectly. The tables are new. The rent is $2200 (which is very low compared to the location). Mickiewicz, Saburtalo. The landlord is a very good person, and you will easily find common ground.
Location: Tbilisi, Saburtalo
The business is genuinely operating and well-established. It caters to both tourists and locals. We have frequent customers as well as loyal customers. The reason for selling is a personal problem. This business actually has more potential than what it currently offers; whoever buys it will not regret it. I am the owner, contact me anytime. We also have professional and loyal employees. We have advertisements already done, and we also have social media. You can find us on the map. Call me for details, I will explain everything if you are interested in anything. Price $35,000, which is much less than what everything cost me. I am selling due to a personal problem. The price is negotiable 🙌
