5 room apartment for rent in nadzaladevi

Bright and Comfortable 5 room 130 sq.m. Apartment for Rent on Tamarashvili St. 11 (5 Minutes from Vake Park)
The apartment is situated in an excellent location with high ceilings. In good condition but not new.
Key Features:
* Layout: 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a spacious living room combined with an enclosed gallery, and a private study with a door (which can easily be used as a 3rd bedroom).
* Bathrooms: 2 separate bathroom facilities (1 toilet and 1 shower room are detached).
* Balcony & Views: 1 long balcony with beautiful views. The apartment is double-sided (dual-aspect)—one side overlooks Tamarashvili and Giorgi Tsereteli streets, while the other side faces Tskneti Street and the Saburtalo Hippodrome ridge.
* Building details: Located on the 7th floor of an 11-story building. It features 2 small, older but fully functional elevators. The main entrance door opens with a magnetic key.
Please Note: Despite having relatively new, double-glazed PVC windows and doors on the front side, some street noise from cars can still be heard in the bedrooms. On the bright side, exhaust fumes do not reach up to the 7th floor. Seismically most likely the most resistant building in whole Tbilisi.

The cost of utilities (gas, electricity, internet) are not included in the rent. They can vary from 100 to 300 GEL per month.

With a 2-month prepayment.

Pets are not permitted, sorry.
