A cottage for sale in Bakuriani, in a quiet and peaceful location, next to a children's stadium. The cottage stands on a 330 sq.m. plot of land, where another cottage can be built. The cottage is built of wood and has a brick extension. The cottage has central heating, is equipped with all necessary items and appliances, has two entrances, and features an independent bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. On the second floor there is one bedroom. You can rent it out, reconfigure it, or build a new cottage in the yard. The yard is quite large, and from the yard you can directly access the stadium, which has slides, exercise equipment, and a large playing field. It's a 2-minute drive from the center, with a forest behind it and a biathlon track next to it. I am the owner! The price is negotiable.
