Urgently for rent, at half price, for 3 months — from October to December inclusive. I am traveling abroad and renting out my own apartment, in which I currently live. Personal belongings remain in the apartment, so I am looking for a reliable, tidy, and quiet person who will take care of it as their own.
No pets.
The apartment area is 54 sq.m., located in Gldani, IV micro-district, Khergiani Street №3, 5th floor.
The apartment has all the necessary conditions for living.
It has a large balcony.
Quiet neighborhood, excellent views of the city, Sabaduri mountains, and Mtskheta. You won't have to go anywhere to watch the sunset 🙂
Shops and pharmacies are nearby.
To the metro — 15 minutes on foot.
Price for the entire three months — 1050 dollars.
