The village is 60-65 km from Tbilisi, 100 meters from the village center. Nearby are grocery stores, building materials, a pharmacy, and a bakery. There is a school next to the house. It is directly on Kakabeti road (asphalted). The house is solidly built, with a large balcony on the 2nd floor, a marani (wine cellar) with qvevris and storage rooms. Water and gas are available. There is a large green yard in front. The living area is listed as (120km) but I might be mistaken; I haven't measured it precisely, it could be more. From the street side, there is a so-called "saraya," which is an old wooden extension that can be demolished, allowing a car to be brought into the yard.
