The apartment is equipped with new furniture and all the necessary appliances: washing machine, air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, stove with oven and dishwasher. In the courtyard of the complex there is an Olympic swimming pool, where residents of the complex receive a 50% discount on the subscription. There are also free tennis courts, basketball courts and a skate park on the territory. The complex has video surveillance and concierge service. There is a common elevator in the building, as well as an additional elevator near the apartment, which exits into a separate hall. Currently, renovation works are underway in the hall, while the second part of the complex is still under construction. Pets and children are not considered.
