According to the established regulations, the placement and/or sale of used tires, end-of-life vehicles and their parts is permitted in a building or structure in Industrial Zone 1 (S1) that creates a covered space, is enclosed by walls, columns and/or other enclosing structures, and the ground is covered with a solid material that prevents the said material or substances leached from it from entering the soil. We inform interested parties that the territory of the Joint Stock Company JSC "Annakor" and the production and warehouse building located on this territory entirely belong to Industrial Zone 1 (S1) and fully comply with the rules and regulations established by the above-mentioned resolution. Accordingly, JSC "Annakor" offers production and warehouse spaces of various sizes (216 sq.m., 350 sq.m., 475 sq.m. and 1,000 sq.m.) located in Industrial Zone 1 (S1), where they can continue and conduct their activities. The spaces are located in Mukhiani IV m/d, in the 4th building of the former "Radio Factory", by the road. It is possible to deliver oversized cargo by trailers directly to the space rented by the tenant through the internal roads of the building. There is uninterrupted electricity and water supply, central sewage system, and the possibility of natural gas supply. The monthly rental fee for the above-mentioned businesses is 15 GEL per square meter, including VAT.
