2 room apartment for rent in sanzona

For rent in Sanzona, behind Ghrmaghele metro station, a 3-minute walk away, in an old building, a newly renovated apartment. The apartment has been reconfigured and has a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It has a small balcony. The apartment has all appliances except for a TV. It becomes available from November 5th. I take 2 months' rent in advance under standard conditions.
