2 room apartment for rent in batumi

From October 15, I can let a client into the apartment. In Old Batumi, in the Pushkin building at 13, I rent a two-room apartment annually. On the 12th floor. With iron doors. Separately isolated bedroom and living room-kitchen. The apartment has two small balconies. Both are 5 sq. meters. Heating is by a gas heater, the so-called Karmi. Which heats this apartment very well. I speak Georgian and Russian. Call me for specific questions. Nino Realtor.
