There are two beds in the apartment, as can be seen in the photos.

The apartment is fully equipped for comfortable living. There is both a central heating system and air conditioning, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine and a TV.
Rent is $600 per year, including utilities and a monthly cleaning of the apartment.
Conditions: Also 2 months in advance + $300 as a deposit.
At the end of the year, upon departure, $300 will be fully refunded, and if there are any damages to the apartment, this amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned.
Small pets are allowed, but not large ones, because the studio is 30 sq m. and does not come out (11th floor, blue sky Tower B block)
