1 room private house for rent in sanzona

Agents, do not call. We require 2 months' rent in advance. For rent in Sanzona, a 7-minute walk from the metro, a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of a private house. It has basic furniture and appliances. With a separate entrance, in a very quiet yard. We do not accept tenants with small children or pets. There is one bedroom, ideal for a couple. (If you want pictures, message me and I will send them; the renovation just finished and only cleaning is left.)
