💰 Rental price:
• October–April: $270/month
• May: $300/month
• June–September: $400/month
• For rentals of 12 months or longer, the rate is $300/month (subject to agreement)
ℹ️ Things to know:
• utility bills (electricity, water, internet, and maintenance fee) are not included in the long-term rental price and are paid by guests separately
• security deposit is $150. We expect guests to keep the apartment tidy and return it in its original condition. If additional or deep cleaning is required after check-out, a $30 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit

• early check-in or late check-out between 12:00 and 15:00 is available free of charge, subject to apartment availability
• early check-in between 8:00 and 12:00 or late check-out between 15:00 and 18:00 is charged at 50% of the nightly rate
• for early check-in or late check-out outside these hours, the full nightly rate will be charged
