The rent for this apartment has been intentionally set below the current market rate because my priority is to find a responsible and trustworthy tenant who will take good care of my home.
A one-bedroom apartment (two-room layout) is available for rent in Upper Vake, on Shatberashvili Street. The apartment is fully furnished with high-quality furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher and a tumble dryer, making everyday living comfortable and convenient.
The building features a modern lobby and provides 24/7 security for residents. There is also a convenience store located on the ground floor, offering easy access to everyday essentials.
The apartment is available from mid-September and is offered under an official one-year rental agreement. A security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required.

The rent includes:
• 5% rental tax;
• Building maintenance, security, cleaning, and management fees;
• Internet, water, and municipal street cleaning charges.
The rent does not include electricity and natural gas. Depending on usage, utility costs average approximately GEL 50 per month during the summer and around GEL 100 per month during the winter.
