The house was built in January 2025. The sale includes furniture and appliances (almost everything — from the refrigerator to the lawn mower). Gas and electricity are connected. A sewage system has been installed (not a makeshift solution, but a high-quality filtration system).
There is no central water supply in the settlement; however, a 1,500-liter water tank is installed, and water is already connected to the house. It is possible to arrange a connection to the tank’s water supply in agreement with neighbors.
I originally planned to live in this house myself, so everything has been arranged to my personal standards and no compromises were made on quality or materials.
The house is located in a very quiet area with a clean, environmentally friendly setting, only a 20-minute drive from the city center, making it suitable both as a permanent residence and as a vacation home. A school, shops, and a bus stop are all within walking distance.
The turnoff from the main road is located along the Rustavi highway, where major new developments are planned. As a result, the value of both the house and the land is expected to increase further in the future.
