Shock freezing plant for rent!! The shock freezing machine is of the tunnel type (so far the only one in Georgia). The ceiling height is 5.25 meters. 1st floor area: 1200 sq m. The plant freezes 500 kg per hour at -35 to -40 degrees, which ensures individual quick freezing of fruits and berries, while completely preserving the taste, amount of vitamins and structure, while eliminating the formation of ice blocks and sticking of fruits/berries to each other. 3 large refrigerators/rooms set at -18 degrees, 1 small refrigerator/room at -18 degrees and 1 large plus (0 - 15 degrees) refrigerator/room. The factory includes 2 semi-electric loaders, 1 "Rokhli", Tray-Sealer (electronic weigher from 350 grams to 500 grams), 2 mechanical irons (packaging up to 1 kg and 5 kg), a double-sided vacuum machine, 2 large sorting tables with their corresponding chairs, a Jacuzzi-type washing machine, a dryer and a large refrigerator in the kitchen. The factory has internet, electricity, and gas. There is a heater in every room on the mezzanine floor, and there is also a kitchen on the mezzanine floor. A train track runs behind the factory (for receiving large cargo), the factory has 2 independent Euro-standard receiving/discharging platforms designed for trucks (for trucks). The yard is 900 sq m, fenced and monitored by surveillance cameras. The common area has its own 400 MW substation, which allows us to save 2 tetri per kWh on electricity costs. The entire perimeter is grounded and the factory is additionally protected by 1 permanent guard/worker. The factory is included in Agrohub and Europroducts and has previously served all medium-sized farmers and confectioners.
